KM Rustfri develops and manufactures stainless steel fittings and deep-drawn components for the food, dairy, beverage, and sanitary industries. Since 1974, we have specialized in solutions where internal quality, hygiene, and documentation are critical. All design, engineering, and production take place at our facility in Denmark.

KM Rustfri is driven by technical curiosity, experience, and a constant desire to improve. Where others focus on surface finish, the focus here is on what truly matters: internal quality. Through mechanical internal calibration, extremely smooth internal surfaces are achieved, improving hygiene, simplifying cleaning, and creating stable production conditions.

Everything is designed, engineered, and produced at the company’s facility in Skive, Denmark. This ensures full traceability, consistent quality, and short delivery times. Quality is not a promise, but a process controlled from start to finish.

Engineering

Engineering at KM Rustfri is built on hands-on production experience and a deep understanding of hygienic requirements in food and sanitary industries. We support customers from early concept development to finished, documented solutions, working closely with both standard and highly specialized components.

With in-house tool development, prototyping, and engineering expertise, we handle complex geometries and special requirements efficiently. Close collaboration ensures that functional needs, production conditions, and quality standards are translated into reliable solutions designed for long-term performance.

Quality at KM Rustfri is an integrated part of every step in the process, not a final checkpoint. From carefully selected EU-sourced materials to controlled production methods and internal quality control, we work systematically to ensure consistent and repeatable results.
